PerlPoint to be found at SourceForge by Jochen Stenzel

Hello,

in the occasion of Roberts mail we decided to announce that PerlPoint
became a SourceForge project. It is to be found at
www.sourceforge.net/projects/perlpoint.

We started the site a while ago but did not "launch" it yet because we
planned to install a homepage first and to master the CVS interface
before ;-). But even without a homepage, I think it is a well suited
and well equipped place to work on the software and its docs.
Addionally, it is intended to be a user platform to share patches,
improvements, examples, layouts, macros, code, filters, converters,
PerlPoint applications and so on in a central place. And, of course,
to introduce the software, to list sites made with its help etc.. Your
opinion and ideas are most welcome!

By the way - because a project needs a logo, doesn't it? ;-) - we now
even have logo drafts. They are not to be found at SourceForge yet but
should be provided there as well.

Software releases shall continue to be published both at CPAN and
SourceForge. As for the mailing list, there is no plan to switch it
over to SourceForge, so everything should continue to work.
